Cancellations & Changes Policy
Because our food is purchased fresh and made to order, the following policies are in effect:
Cancellations and changes to orders must be received by our account executive via phone call no later than 3pm one business day prior to your event. Orders canceled after 3pm one business day prior to your event will result in a 50% charge to the client. Orders canceled the day of the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events canceled due to inclement weather.
For inclement weather resulting in an OPM delay of two hours or more, all breakfast orders will be canceled. In the event of an OPM weather closure, all orders are canceled, and Who’s Cookin’? is closed. Orders canceled this way will be refunded in full.
For Hot Food, the Minimum Order is 8 persons. All other Minimum Orders are listed where applicable.
Substitutions may incur an additional charge. Please ask your sales person.
