A Note To Our Clients:

Because our food is purchased fresh and made to order, the following policies
are in effect:

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES:

BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER ORDERS,
MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

Cancellations and Changes Up to 3:00 p.m. on the Business Day Prior to Event:

No Charge

Cancellations and Changes After 3:00 p.m. on the Business Day Prior to the Event:

The Charge will be 50% of the invoice

Cancellations and Changes on the Day of the Event:

The Charge will be 100% of the Invoice

RECEPTIONS, SPECIAL ORDERS, EVENTS AND PARTIES:

Cancellations and Changes Up to 72 Hours Prior to Event:

No Charge

Cancellations and Changes Within 72 Hours of the Event:

The Charge will be 100% of the Invoice

MINIMUM ORDERS:

For Hot Food, the Minimum Order is 8 persons.
All other Minimum Orders are listed where applicable

SUBSTITUTIONS:

There will be a charge for substitutions. Please ask your Sales Person.

DROP-OFF DELIVERY:

Who’s Cookin’? charges an Equipment, Delivery and Pick-Up Charge for each order.
The Current Charge is $18.50
